He is currently a master's student of data science and artificial intelligence at the University of Chicago. His research experience ranges from population analysis on disease burden and evaluation of the quality and safety of health attention. He is interested in using machine learning techniques in public health, public policy, and epidemiology.
He holds a Medical degree from Universidad de los Andes and a Master in epidemiology from Universidad del Bosque in Bogotá.
